University of Rochester Medical Center – Golisano Children’s Hospital

University of Rochester Medical Center provides evaluation and specialized healthcare for children with developmental challenges. All clinical services are provided at Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics. The center also provides, information, resources and services for the Southern Tier. Its mission is to promote whole-child wellness for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and to develop University and community partnerships that are focused on access to quality and person centered developmental and behavioral services. The research and training guide evidence-informed practice and prepare future generations of leaders in service, research, and advocacy for people with IDD. The center emphasizes diversity and inclusion with and for individuals with IDD and their families in the community.
